The combination of travel services offered to you constitutes a package travel arrangement within the meaning of Decree-Law No. 17/2018 of March 8.
Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applicable to package travel. The Tripidea (Beare Mundis Lda.) will be fully responsible for the proper execution of the entire package.
In addition, as required by law, The Tripidea (Beare Mundis Lda.) has protection in place to refund your payments and, if transportation is included, to ensure your repatriation in case of insolvency.
These contractual Terms and Conditions aim to establish the terms and conditions governing the provision of package travel services by The Tripidea (Beare Mundis, Lda.), hereinafter referred to as the Agency, with its registered office at Rua da Fonte Nova 5, 1J, 3060-853 Cantanhede, registered under Tax Identification Number 518642410 and in the National Register of Travel and Tourism Agencies (RNAVT) under no. 12497, between the Agency and the Client; in addition to any Specific Conditions agreed between the Client and the Agency.
The services and products are offered to the Client under the terms and conditions of Online Sale expressed herein. The General Conditions of Online Sale relating to a Package Travel arrangement in this program, the corresponding Standard Information Sheets, and the Specific Conditions outlined in the travel documentation provided to the Client at the time of booking constitute the travel contract binding both parties.
The Agency informs that, due to the constant evolution of the travel sector, all bookings are subject to express confirmation from service providers for the requested services. Bookings are only considered guaranteed after such confirmation.
The Agency has no control over changes in prices, availability, or other conditions imposed by service providers and is therefore not responsible for any variations that may occur after the initial planning of the trip.
Furthermore, considering the frequent fluctuations in international prices and availability, the Agency does not guarantee nor is liable for partial or conditional bookings, present or future, unless the total quoted amount is duly and fully paid.
By contracting with the Agency, the Client acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions set out herein and declares to have been expressly informed of all the above-mentioned documents. At the time of registration, the Client must reserve their trip by paying 50% of the total package price. The remaining amount must be paid up to 60 days before the start of the trip – specifically, the arrival date in the destination country.
Special campaigns may have specific T&Cs that will be described in the respective Travel Program and published on the Agency's website. If the Client registers 30 days or less before the departure date, the full cost of the trip must be paid upon registration, depending on availability.
Exceptions apply when suppliers impose different payment conditions than those mentioned above, regardless of the advance booking period. In such cases, the suppliers' conditions will prevail as specific conditions. If applicable, the Agency will inform the Client of the amount to be paid as soon as it receives the information, and it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment to confirm the booking.
To validate the registration, the Client must send the Agency, by email, the proof/contract/policy of the international travel insurance contracted by the Client (if not purchased through the Agency), which must be submitted up to 60 days before the start of the trip.
The Agency reserves the right to cancel any registration whose payment has not been made under the conditions mentioned above.
If the Client fails to send the proof/contract/policy of international travel insurance, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the registration. In any case of cancellation due to failure to pay or submit proof/contract/policy of international travel insurance, the Agency will retain 30% of the package amount.
By registering, the Client is presumed to be aware of and has accepted the conditions presented on this page, as well as the specific conditions associated with the Travel Program.
The Client declares to be in good health and fit to undertake the trip.Bookings are subject to confirmation by service providers.Registrations are conditional upon confirmation by the service providers of all requested services. If this confirmation is not obtained, any amounts already paid by the Clients will be fully refunded.
Once the Agency receives 50% of the trip amount from the Client – subject to availability – the spot on the desired trip is secured. An agreement between the Client and the Agency is only considered valid after the booking is confirmed and communicated in writing (by email or otherwise). In this communication, additional documents will be sent, such as a copy of the Standard Information Sheet for Group Travel to Colombia and the Travel Program with the detailed itinerary and specific conditions.
By validating the booking, the Client authorizes the Agency to contact, on their behalf, the entities responsible for providing the goods and services included in the trip. These services will be provided either by the Agency or its subcontractors, including travel agencies, accommodations, carriers, and others, according to the agreements established.
For the Agency, the minimum number of participants for each trip is five (5) people, and the maximum number of participants is fifteen (15) people.
A trip becomes unavailable when there are no more spots available in the traveler group. This will be publicly announced on social media and/or the Agency’s website with the label “Sold Out”.
Group trips organised by the Agency are exclusively intended for participants aged 18 and over. By making a reservation, the client declares that they will be at least 18 years old on the start date of the trip.
The countries that make up Central and South America can be categorized as having structures, organization, culture, and mindsets very different from those of Portuguese and European daily life. Therefore, trips may involve unforeseen events, risks, and different service standards, and the Client should be aware of this.At any time, the Client may send their questions to geral@thetripidea.com or via WhatsApp at +351 936 799 185.
The prices listed in the travel programs are based on exchange rates and service costs valid at the time of the program's creation and may be subject to change due to variations in taxes, transportation or fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, scheduled rates, or any other service changes that are part of the program, up to 20 days before the travel date.
All prices shown on the website, social media, and/or agency documents already include VAT at the applicable rate.In the case of flights, airport taxes are itemized and presented separately from the airfare.
Some cities charge a tourist tax, which will be indicated before the reservation. This amount is usually not included in the accommodation price and must be paid locally.
Exchange rates, airport, security, and fuel surcharges are included in the final price presented in each program. However, changes may occur between the time the program is prepared and the travel date, and such charges are therefore subject to change up until the start of the trip.
If any change to the previously stipulated price occurs, the Client will be informed of the new price and payment deadline within a maximum of 15 days from the date of the occurrence.
If the change involves an increase exceeding 8% of the total price of the package, the Client may, within a maximum of 24 hours, accept or reject the new proposal.
If the Client accepts the new proposal, the Agency will issue an updated invoice to reflect the adjustment.
If the Client rejects the proposal and wishes to cancel the contractual relationship, they are entitled to do so, and the Agency will refund the amounts paid—provided that the suppliers reimburse what has already been paid to them. The Agency will retain 10% of the package price to cover administrative expenses.
If the Client rejects the proposal but wishes to continue the business relationship, the amount paid may be transferred to an alternative trip date proposed by the Agency, with a refund if there is a price difference.
All responses must be made through the same channel by which the notification was sent. If the Client does not respond within the established period, the Agency will interpret this silence as acceptance of the change and the payment terms and will proceed to issue the new invoice.
The Agency reserves the right to change the Client's reservation according to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
The Agency may change departure times, the order of the itinerary, or even replace any of the experiences included in the program with another of similar category, whenever justified. Any such changes occurring before the trip will be communicated in writing to the Client as soon as possible.
If the change happens during the trip, the Client will be informed personally by the trip leader, and in any case, an alternative experience will be proposed.
Planned visits may be subject to changes or constraints due to health and safety measures or official guidance in the destination country.
The Agency complies with all rules and regulations imposed by the destination countries. If any experience or visit must be suspended for reasons beyond the Agency’s control, and no replacement is available, Clients will not be refunded for that specific service.
The Agency may alter the Client’s reservation due to force majeure, such as political instability, war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, border closures, terrorism, natural disasters, fires, epidemics or health risks, extreme weather conditions, or other similar events beyond the Agency’s control, and when such circumstances are declared by national or international governmental entities.
In such cases, the Agency will refund any amounts paid for the services provided, in accordance with the applicable legislation at the time of the occurrence, excluding expenses already incurred by the Agency in relation to the reservation and services provided by third parties, which will amount to 30% of the total package value.
If the Client wishes to change their reservation to an alternative date after confirmation, this may be done subject to availability and provided the date is publicly available on social media and/or the website.
The Client is responsible for paying the difference in price between the dates, if applicable, as well as all additional costs and fees that the change may entail.
If the change is requested 30 days or fewer before the start of the originally booked trip and/or if the suppliers do not accept the change, the Agency will treat it as a cancellation by the Client.
The Client acknowledges that any changes to the contracted services requested during the trip may result in a price adjustment. Therefore, the final prices may differ from those originally communicated by the Agency.
The Client is responsible for paying all expenses and charges incurred with the various contracted suppliers.
The Client may transfer their reservation to another person, provided that the substitute meets all the travel conditions and requirements. This transfer must be communicated to the Agency in writing up to 45 days before the start of the trip and must be confirmed by the Agency.
The Agency will proceed with the transfer, subject to the applicable air transport regulations. In the case of airline tickets, name changes are subject to the airline’s own rules. The Client is responsible for any additional costs incurred with the various contracted suppliers.
The Agency reserves the right to cancel the organized trip if the number of participants does not reach the minimum previously stipulated and communicated to the Client. In this case, the Client will be informed within 30 days before the start of the trip.
The Agency also reserves the right to cancel the organized trip for reasons related solely to the Agency. In such cases, notice will be given no later than 30 days before the trip, unless the reasons for cancellation are beyond the Agency’s control.
The Agency may cancel the trip due to force majeure, such as political instability, war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, border closures, terrorism, disasters of any kind, fires, epidemics or health risks, abnormal weather conditions, or other similar events beyond the Agency's control, and when such situations are officially declared by national or international governmental entities.
In all such cases, the Agency will refund any amounts paid for services rendered, in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of the occurrence, except for expenses incurred by the Agency regarding the Client’s reservation and services provided by third parties. In this case, 30% of the package value will be retained. No compensation will be due.
The Client is free to cancel the trip at any time. The Client must notify the Agency of the cancellation as soon as possible, in writing (via email).
In the event of cancellation and contract termination by the Client, the Client is responsible for covering the expenses incurred by the Agency in connection with their reservation, which corresponds to 30% of the total package price.
In the event of cancellation, the Client will be charged a termination fee as follows:
If the reason for cancellation is covered by the terms of an insurance policy held by the Client, such fees may, subject to the terms of that insurance policy, be refunded by the Client’s insurance company.
Once the service has started, no refund will be given for services not used by the Client due to force majeure or causes attributable to the Client, unless reimbursement is issued by the respective suppliers.
Failure to provide services as scheduled due to causes attributable to the Agency, and if no equivalent replacement can be arranged, entitles the Client to a refund of the difference between the price of the planned services and those actually provided.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the end of the trip, with no right to any additional compensation.
Under the provisions of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, concerning distance contracts, the right of free withdrawal does not apply to travel services that specify a specific date or period of performance (Article 17, paragraph l)).
However, the Agency voluntarily offers the Client a contractual cancellation policy, allowing the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
All information published on the Agency's website, social media and/or documents regarding the travel program is correct; however, the Agency cannot guarantee that all mentioned items will be available, especially those provided by third parties beyond the Agency's control. Nonetheless, the Agency is committed to providing the Client with the best possible travel experience, relying on the Agency’s judgment in its selection.
It is at the sole discretion of the Agency to select the group leader, the itinerary, accommodation/hotels, transportation, services, local tours and guides.
No refund will be issued for issues beyond the Agency’s control, such as transport delays, closures without prior notice, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events that hinder the proper execution of the travel program.
The Agency recommends that the Client carefully reads the travel programs offered, taking into account what is or isn’t included in the indicated price.
Upon confirming their booking, the Client is presumed to be in good health, fully able to travel, and that their condition will not affect the proper functioning of the trip or the safety and comfort of the rest of the group.
The Client is expected to exercise good judgment and be honest when communicating with the Agency, especially if they are not in adequate health to participate in an organised group trip.
Accommodation during the trip will be in hotels and preferably local lodgings, offering all necessary basic amenities and located in areas that allow better access to points of interest. These may be rated 3 or 4 stars and may or may not include private bathrooms.
Solo travellers or friends will be accommodated in twin rooms (two separate beds) or triple rooms (when previously requested and subject to availability).
Solo travellers will share rooms with other Agency travellers.
Couples will be accommodated in double rooms with one double bed.
Unless stated otherwise in the travel program, the half-board plan included in the contracted services comprises one main meal per day (lunch or dinner), in addition to breakfast for each night of accommodation.
Most days, the main meal will be lunch; however, it may be replaced by dinner on specific days, as defined in the travel program.
The only meals not included are lunch on the arrival day and lunch on the departure day at the destination’s starting airport (flights from/to Europe).
Meals are provided according to the schedules and policies of the partner establishments (accommodation or restaurants). One non-alcoholic drink per meal is included. Alcoholic beverages are not included and will be charged separately to the client.
Failure to attend or decision not to take part in an included meal will not entitle the Client to any refund or compensation.
Requests for special meals, additional health-related support or specific transport needs must be made by the Client when completing the booking form, in the designated field.
However, the Agency cannot guarantee that such requests will be met and accepts no responsibility or liability if they are not fulfilled by the partners or service providers.Any special meal request is subject to supplier confirmation and may incur an additional charge.
The Agency commits to selecting accommodation and dining locations that meet the comfort, location, and quality criteria described in the travel program. However, the Agency cannot guarantee the absence of external disturbances beyond its control, such as:
The Agency will act, whenever possible, as an intermediary with the local supplier to mitigate the impact of such situations but cannot be held liable for disturbances arising from factors beyond its direct control.
If justified and feasible locally, the possibility of relocation or compensation will be considered, should the situation significantly affect the quality of the stay, in accordance with the contracted terms.
Reserved nights of accommodation are counted from the first day of travel (arrival date at the destination) until the last day (the day before the return flight), as indicated in the Travel Program.
The Client is responsible for any costs incurred as a result of damage or extra cleaning fees due to their behaviour at the accommodation or dining venue.
The Agency recommends reporting any pre-existing room damage immediately to both the lodging staff and the group leader.
Accommodation providers are solely responsible for the description of their facilities and services.
The group travel program includes a variety of cultural, natural, and recreational activities as described in the travel itinerary. These may include, but are not limited to:
Participation in these activities is optional, but no refund will be issued in case of withdrawal by the Client, except in duly justified cases communicated in advance.
The Agency reserves the right to change, substitute, or cancel activities due to force majeure, weather conditions, local logistics, or safety reasons, while maintaining the overall quality of the travel experience. Some activities may require specific physical conditions (e.g. horseback riding or trekking). It is the Client's responsibility to assess their suitability for participation. In case of doubt, the Client must inform the Agency in advance.
All activities are organised in cooperation with qualified local providers who, according to the information provided to the Agency, carry insurance for the respective activity in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
The Agency trusts that its local partners comply with these standards, but does not perform direct or ongoing verification of the providers’ insurance policies and cannot be held responsible for their content, validity, or actual coverage.
The Agency contracts a tourism insurance policy valid in the destination, which protects the Client throughout the trip and during the included activities, offering general coverage for unforeseen situations. The Client may request access to this travel insurance policy at any time.
We strongly recommend that the Client take out personal travel insurance that covers activities such as hiking, horseback riding, boat trips and other experiences included in the itinerary, to ensure additional protection in the event of an incident.
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
Whenever possible, the Agency will suggest equivalent alternatives, although replacement is not guaranteed and depends on local availability and logistical conditions at the time.
If the Client wishes to modify any previously agreed conditions for an activity or experience included in the program (e.g. switch from group to private, change the schedule or format), an additional fee will be charged, subject to local availability and associated costs.
The Agency acts only as an intermediary in booking activities, passing the reservation request to a business partner that aggregates multiple providers of such services and/or to direct providers.Pricing and other information related to the reservation are the responsibility of the selected supplier.
By accepting the reservation, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions of the contracted activity provider.
The cost of the activity/experience is part of the organised travel package and is paid directly to the Agency.
When the Client occupies a seat in a transport vehicle equipped with seat belts, the use of such seat belts is strongly recommended. Neither the Agency nor its local partners, service providers, operators, agents or any collaborating organisations shall be held liable for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage resulting from an accident where seat belts were not used, when available.
Certain activities in the program — such as jeep, tuk tuk, or "chiva" rides — may involve vehicles without seat belts or that allow passengers to stand during the ride. In such cases, the Client voluntarily chooses to participate and accepts the risks inherent to the activity and the transport method.
The arrival and departure times stated in the itinerary and/or tickets reflect the local time at the destination and correspond to the schedules published by the transportation companies at the time of printing. These are subject to change.
For transfers by coach/private vans/jeeps, the times indicated are approximate.
The Agency is not responsible for any delay or failure of transportation companies to appear at the agreed place and time.
Any additional expenses due to transport delays are the responsibility of the Client.
The Agency books flight tickets via a licensed air consolidator and is responsible for these bookings within the scope of applicable law.All information regarding availability, schedules, aircraft type, layovers, and airports is the responsibility of the airlines.
Before travelling, the Client must confirm the flight schedule with either the airline or the Agency.
The Agency is not responsible for any schedule changes made by the airlines.Departure and arrival times are given in the local time of the respective countries, in accordance with the airline schedules.
Prices may not include additional services such as onboard meals, baggage, check-in, etc. If not informed at booking, the Client should contact the Agency for clarification.
To reduce the travel cost for the Client, the Agency may issue multiple tickets for one trip.
Some flights may be operated under codeshare agreements, meaning they are run by a different carrier than the one shown on the ticket.
Airfare used is generally restrictive and non-refundable. This information is provided to the Client prior to booking.
The issuance of the tickets establishes a contract with the airline carriers and the passengers are subject to the carriers' terms and conditions of transportation, as outlined in the ticket.
For itineraries involving inter-island travel, maritime transport (e.g. passenger ferries or speedboats) may be used whenever it is the most efficient and safe option given local conditions.
Participants should be aware that maritime transport is operated by third parties and subject to weather conditions, which may cause changes in schedules, delays, or cancellations. The Agency will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives but cannot be held responsible for events beyond its direct control.
The use of speedboats may involve exposure to intense motion, splashes and noise, and is not recommended for individuals with mobility issues, pregnancy, or sensitive medical conditions. It is each participant’s responsibility to assess their fitness for this type of transport.
Failure to participate due to indisposition or refusal to use the planned maritime transport does not entitle the Client to a refund, and the cancellation policy will apply.
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary in booking maritime transport services provided by licensed operators in the destination. Therefore, it cannot be held liable for accidents, damage, injuries, delays, changes or other incidents directly caused by third-party service providers, including natural causes (e.g. rough seas or adverse weather conditions).
On certain organized trips, a travel companion from the Agency may be present. This professional acts as a support point during the trip, helping with logistics, group organization (when applicable), and contact with local suppliers.
As a rule, the travel companion does not assume the role of a certified tour guide, unless explicitly indicated and requested by the client at the time of trip planning.
In such cases, the Agency may provide a duly accredited professional to act as a tour guide, according to the legislation in force in the country where the trip takes place.
Whenever such certification is not included, the companion will provide general support and occasional assistance, without conducting guided tours with cultural, historical, or heritage interpretation.
All group trips organized by the Agency are accompanied by a Travel Leader, whose role is to ensure the smooth operation of the program, facilitate local logistics, and promote a harmonious experience among all participants.
During the trip, situations may arise where the Travel Leader must make decisions in the group's best interest. The Client agrees to respect the authority of the Travel Leader and to comply with local laws and regulations of the visited destination.
If the Client engages in behavior that, in the Travel Leader's reasoned opinion, harms the group's atmosphere, the well-being of other participants, or the normal course of the experience, the Agency reserves the right to prevent the Client from continuing the trip, without refund. In such a case, the Client will be responsible for their repatriation and any associated costs, and may not make any claims or requests for compensation from the Agency.
Possession, use, or transportation of illegal or restricted substances during the trip is strictly prohibited, according to the legislation in force in each country or region visited.
The Client acknowledges that all group members, as well as the Travel Leader, are entitled to a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. Any abusive, verbal or physical, threatening or disruptive behavior will be taken very seriously and may result in immediate cancellation of the Client's participation in the trip, under the terms described above.
The Client's luggage is limited to a reasonable size and a maximum weight of 20 kilograms (unless rare exceptions are informed by the Agency), with an additional small backpack/bag that can accompany the Client on transport.
The Agency reserves the right to refuse luggage that is too large for its experiences. If the Client chooses to bring luggage that exceeds the established limits, they will be responsible for the associated transport costs.
For trips that include flights as part of the itinerary, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that their luggage does not exceed the size and weight limits imposed by the airlines.
The Agency is not responsible for any costs incurred for excess baggage and/or luggage outside the specified size.
The Client is responsible for carrying their luggage to transport and to the room. There may be situations where the Client has to carry their luggage over long distances and through places with some obstacles, and no assistance will be provided unless the cost of such assistance is covered by the Client and such help is available.
The Client is responsible for their luggage. They are required to formally file a complaint if the luggage is damaged, stolen, lost, or otherwise, with the service providers at the time of the incident.
In international transport, in case of damage to the luggage, the complaint should be made in writing to the carrier immediately after the damage is verified, and no later than 7 days from its delivery. If the issue is merely a delay in the delivery of luggage, the complaint must be made within 21 days from the date of delivery.
Filing such a complaint is provided for in International Conventions and is essential for triggering the Agency's liability towards the service provider.
The Client is responsible for all costs and plans related to the trip to and from the start and end points of the trip, as there will be no Agency representative or leader accompanying the Client from their origin.
The trip's start and end points are understood to be the international airport of the first/last city in the itinerary, explicitly indicated in the travel program.
For each trip, the Client must have the following documents:
Documents like Personal Identity Cards, etc., are not considered valid for travel.Citizens from countries other than Portugal must obtain all the necessary information about the conditions and requirements to access the destination country from the legal authorities.
It is the Client's responsibility to organize all personal or family documentation, ensuring that all documents are within the required validity periods.
The Agency is not responsible for the refusal or granting of visas or even for the denial of entry into a foreign country for the Client. Any costs arising from this situation will be the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Client is required to purchase personal travel insurance, which may or may not be acquired through the Agency.
The insurance must be appropriate for the duration of the trip, the destination, and the type of activities.
If the Client does not purchase suitable travel insurance, they automatically exempt the Agency and all its service provider partners from any responsibility for the risks and subsequent costs incurred due to not having taken the recommended protection.
Additionally, when registering for the trip, the Client must provide proof of the travel insurance policy purchased via email.
If the Client has a complaint regarding their travel experience, they must inform the Travel Leader during the trip, and if the matter is not resolved after the Travel Leader's or the supplier's best efforts, the complaint must be submitted in writing to the Agency in the designated section as soon as reasonably possible, so that the complaint can be reviewed.
The right to file complaints for the purpose of requesting a price reduction or compensation for non-conformity of travel services included in the organized trip expires within 2 years.
The Agency is responsible for the proper execution of all travel services included in the travel contract.
When it comes to organized trips, the Agency is responsible towards the Travelers, even if the services are to be provided by third parties, and without prejudice to the right of recourse, in accordance with applicable general terms.
Travel and tourism agencies organizing trips are jointly liable with retail agencies in the case of organized trips.
For other travel services, the Agency is responsible for the correct issuance of accommodation and transportation titles, as well as for the negligent selection of service providers.
The Agency acting as an intermediary in sales or bookings of individual travel services is responsible for errors in the issuance of respective titles, even in cases arising from technical deficiencies in the booking systems that are attributable to them.
The Agency is responsible for any errors due to technical deficiencies in the booking system that are attributable to it and, if it has agreed to proceed with the booking of an organized trip or services that are part of connected travel services, for errors made during the booking process.
The Agency is not responsible for errors in the booking that are attributable to the Client or caused by inevitable and exceptional circumstances. In accordance with current legislation, the Agency's responsibility is guaranteed by a civil liability insurance policy with Allianz Portugal, policy number 207622240, and the Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund of Turismo de Portugal, in accordance with current legislation.
The Agency’s responsibility will be limited to the maximum amount required from service providers, under the Montreal Convention of May 28, 1999, on International Air Transport, the Bern Convention of 1961 on Rail Transport, and Regulation (EC) No. 392/2009 of the European Parliament and Council concerning the liability of maritime passenger carriers.
When applicable, the responsibility of travel and tourism agencies for the deterioration, destruction, or theft of luggage or other items in tourist accommodation establishments, while the client is staying there, is limited as follows:
In the case of a trip including sea transport, the Agency’s liability for damages suffered by travelers due to the provision of that service—whether transportation or accommodation on board—is limited to the amounts provided in current legislation, when the damages result from fraud or negligence by the transport company. These limits are as follows:
The Agency's liability for non-bodily damages may be contractually limited to three times the price of the service sold.
In the event that the Client encounters difficulties or, for reasons not attributable to them, is unable to complete the organized trip, the Agency will provide the following assistance:
If the difficulty that justifies the assistance request is caused by the Client deliberately or through negligence, the Agency may charge a fee for the costs incurred in providing such assistance.
If, due to inevitable and exceptional circumstances, the Client is unable to return, the organizing agency is responsible for covering the necessary accommodation costs, if possible of an equivalent category, for a period not exceeding three nights per traveler.
The retail agency is jointly responsible for the obligation in question, without prejudice to the right of recourse, in accordance with applicable general terms.
The limitation of costs mentioned above does not apply to persons with reduced mobility, their companions, pregnant individuals, or those who require specific medical care, provided the Agency has been notified of these specific needs at least 48 hours before the start of the o

If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed null or ineffective, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, without affecting their overall validity. However, if it is concluded that the parties would not have agreed to the contract had they known of the nullity or ineffectiveness of a particular provision, the contract may be reevaluated.
The special conditions for each specific destination or trip will be described in the corresponding travel program and will be considered as specific conditions, forming an integral part of the travel contract.
These general terms and conditions may be supplemented by other specific conditions, provided they are duly agreed upon by the parties.
The prices of the programs are based on the average exchange rate of the dollar, so any significant fluctuation of this currency may result in a revision of the prices, as stipulated in the clause on "price adjustments."
Due to the constant changes in fuel prices, there may be an adjustment to the fuel surcharge included in the travel price, as stated in the "price adjustments" clause.
The categories of hotels and cruises presented in the travel programs follow the quality standards of the destination country.
